What size of Marquee should I order?
As a general guideline the following are the standard size requirements: - For a Buffet or Party Event without tables: Allow 0.75 sq m(8ft) per person - For a Wedding or seated Event with tables: Allow 1.4sq m (15ft) per person Please remember to then factor in items such as a dancefloor, bar, staging, disco etc.

What is the difference between a “lined” or “unlined” Marquee?
For a Wedding Style Event we would always recommend a lined marquee as it looks more luxurious and can be suited to your colour scheme, although most couples opt for a white or ivory lining. At Pavilion we can compliment this with a starcloth effect for the roof. An unlined Marquee is more suitable for casual events.

What Colour is the Marquee?
The Marquee is white PVC with a solid frame. Pavilion have a Creative Team that can design interiors to compliment your Event or Wedding. These include spectacular and romantic designs or starcloths, LED Dancefloors and lighting effects for Parties and Events.

How long does it take to put up and take down the Marquee?
This depends on the size but generally we ensure that the Marquee is erected one or two days before the Event and is taken down a day or two after. We can however work around whatever your schedule requirements are.

How Many Weddings do you do each weekend?
We only take one “Complete Wedding Package” Booking per weekend or at any given time to ensure that our Team is totally dedicated to your Special Day.
